Numbers starting with 900 or 800 cannot be dialled from outside Spain. If you are calling from abroad, message us on WhatsApp and we will get you through to your insurer.

Before you call, have this ready
Having it to hand speeds things up and saves you hunting for details while you are on the phone:
- Policyholder or insured name
- Policy number or vehicle registration
- Address of the insured property
- A brief description of what happened
- A contact phone number
Have you reported the claim?
Tell us about it and we take it from there: we deal with the insurer, check you get everything you are entitled to, and keep you posted at every step. Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm.
